Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing 2Clean Mobile Detailing. By scheduling an appointment through our website, social media, or by phone/text, you agree to the following booking policies. 1.) Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested services. Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection of vehicle. 2.) 48-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules change. However, due to the time and travel involved in mobile detailing: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment may reschedule or receive a deposit credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will result in a non-refundable deposit. No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. 3.) Rescheduling Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more in advance may transfer the deposit to a new appointment date (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. 4.) Weather Policy As a mobile detailing company, weather can impact service quality and safety. In the event of severe weather, we may reschedule your appointment at no penalty. If you choose to cancel due to weather within 48 hours (when service is still safely possible), the standard cancellation policy applies. 5.) Vehicle Condition & Access Clients are responsible for: Providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Removing personal belongings prior to service. Ensuring safe access to water/electricity. Disclosing excessive pet hair, biohazards, mold, or extreme soil conditions before detailer arrives. Additional charges apply for excessive trash, buildup, heavy staining, pet hair removal, or hazardous materials. 6.) Late Arrivals / Access Issues If we are unable to access the vehicle within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 7.) Satisfaction Policy Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service ending. By booking with 2Clean Mobile Detail you agree to this Online Booking & Cancellation Policy.
